FundDaddy aims to make its public directory and member tools usable with a keyboard, assistive technology, zoom, reduced motion and forced-colour settings. A complete conformance audit has not yet been supplied.

Who is the provider, and what does this statement cover?
The provider is Entro314 Labs SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (Entro314 Labs), Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 193782603000, registered seat Cheimarras 3, 13561 Agioi Anargyroi, Attica, Greece.
It covers the FundDaddy website, public investor directory, authentication pages and signed-in research and workflow tools served from funddaddy.co.

Does the European Accessibility Act oblige FundDaddy?
Probably not, on the face of the company’s own figures. The EAA’s service requirements do not apply to microenterprises providing services — fewer than ten persons, and annual turnover or balance-sheet total not above €2 million. Entro314 Labs is a single-member company incorporated on 14 May 2026 with €10.00 of share capital and no employees, so it is below that threshold. The precise wording of the Greek transposition still has to be checked, and the position is restated here if the company grows past it.
The exemption is not treated as a reason to stop. WCAG 2.1 AA under EN 301 549 remains the target the interface is built and reviewed against, because a research tool that a screen-reader user cannot operate has failed regardless of who is obliged to care.

Which accessibility measures are present?
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and native controls where practical.
- Visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable tables and dialogs, and live status announcements.
- Measured color tokens, dark and light themes, and forced-colour support.
- Reduced-motion handling that shortens animations and transitions.
- Responsive layouts and text that can reflow on smaller screens.

What is not yet verified?
FundDaddy does not currently claim WCAG 2.2 AA, EN 301 549 or EAA conformance. A dated audit covering keyboard use, screen readers, zoom/reflow, forms, tables, dialogs, the three-dimensional map and mobile assistive technology is still required. No disproportionate-burden exclusion is claimed.

How can I report an accessibility barrier?
Email hello@funddaddy.co with the page, the assistive technology you were using and what blocked you. A report may also be sent by post to the registered seat: Cheimarras 3, 13561 Agioi Anargyroi, Attica, Greece.
What is still missing is a committed response time. Publishing one that cannot be met would be worse than admitting there is none, so this statement stays a draft until an audit and a response process exist behind it.
