Terms of use
The rules for using the directory, the member tools and contributed information.
These terms are drafted around the product that exists: a professional-data register, research tools, private workflow records, profile claims and contributions. They do not introduce a subscription or service commitment that is not implemented.

Draft status. A review draft: not indexed, and not final until checked by qualified counsel.
01
Who is the agreement with?
With Entro314 Labs SINGLE MEMBER P.C., trading as Entro314 Labs — a single-member private company (Ι.Κ.Ε.) registered in Greece, Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 193782603000, registered seat Cheimarras 3, 13561 Agioi Anargyroi, Attica, Greece. The full disclosure is in the legal notice.
02
What does FundDaddy provide?
FundDaddy provides access to a professional investor and company register, public directory pages, research filters, saved lists and views, pipeline activity, profile claims, contributions and selected data exports. Availability and record coverage can change as sources are corrected, merged or removed.
03
What are account holders responsible for?
- Provide accurate account and claim information.
- Keep account access secure and do not share credentials.
- Use contact data lawfully and respect objections, suppression and opt-out requests.
- Do not impersonate a person or organization or submit evidence you are not authorized to use.
04
What may I do with the data?
You may use records for your own professional research and relationship management, subject to applicable law and these terms. Contact data must be used lawfully, and objections, suppression and opt-out requests respected.
You may not bulk extract, scrape, mirror, resell or republish the register, use the service to build a competing database, evade access controls, or use contact data for spam, harassment, discrimination or deception. False profile claims, manipulated evidence, and security testing that reaches data beyond what demonstrating a flaw requires fall under the same prohibition. Access may be limited or suspended while misuse is investigated, and records or contributions may be removed.
05
What applies when browsing without an account?
The public pages — the marketing pages, the crawlable directory tier and the founder resources — may be read, linked to, quoted in reasonable extract with attribution, and crawled within the limits published in robots.txt. The restrictions above apply to them too, including the access gate on member-only records.
Public records are compiled from public sources, vary in coverage and freshness, and may change or be withdrawn — including when a person or firm exercises a removal right. Outbound links point to material FundDaddy does not control and does not endorse by linking; the destination’s own terms apply once you leave.
06
What happens to information I contribute?
You must have the right to submit it. FundDaddy may review, reject, correct or remove a contribution. A final licence covering contributed text, profile fields and factual data must be confirmed with the operator and counsel before these terms are accepted.
07
Is this investment or fundraising advice?
No. Records, filters and charts support research. They do not recommend an investment, assess suitability, guarantee accuracy, or predict whether a company will raise money or an investor will participate.
08
How can access end?
Users may delete their authentication account through the account controls provided by Clerk, subject to the product’s still-incomplete account-deletion and retention map. FundDaddy may restrict access for misuse, security risk or legal reasons.
These terms are governed by Greek law, with the courts of Athens, Greece competent, and nothing here removes the mandatory protections a consumer keeps under the law of their own country of residence. Formal notice goes to the registered seat in the legal notice. The contribution licence and the retention schedule are the terms still to be settled with counsel.
