Cookies and local storage
The site should ask for consent only when there is something optional to consent to.
The current application code uses authentication storage and local preferences. It does not include an advertising or product-analytics tracker. A live production inventory is still required before this notice is final.

What storage does FundDaddy use?
- Clerk authentication cookies and storage needed to sign in, maintain a session and protect account access.
- Local storage for interface choices such as table density or pipeline layout.
- Session storage for temporary navigation state, activity state and record-view session identifiers.
- A theme preference stored on the device by the theme component.

What happens if optional tracking is added?
It must be blocked before consent, explained by purpose and provider, offer rejection as easily as acceptance, and provide a persistent way to change or withdraw the choice. The policy and live inventory must be updated before deployment.

How do I clear current preferences?
Sign out to end the authenticated session. Browser controls can clear the site’s local and session storage. Clearing interface preferences does not delete account or directory data; those requests follow the privacy process.
