Mr. Itzhak Fisher is the Founder and serves as Chairman and Partner at Pereg Ventures. He also serves as a Board Member at Nielsen Innovate. He leverages over three decades of mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings experience, as an entrepreneur, investment manager and acquirer. As the former executive vice president of Global Business Development for Nielsen (until 2014), he was responsible for strategic business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions that enhanced Nielsen's capabilities. Itzhak deployed over $3 billion of investments for Nielsen, in over 30 ventures, ranging in size from $500,000 investments to over $1.3 billion, and serves as an advisor to Nielsen. Prior to joining Nielsen, Itzhak executed multiple start-up-to sale successes. He was co-founder and chairman of Trendum, a leader in Internet search and linguistic analysis technologies. In 2005, he led Trendum's acquisition of BuzzMetrics, an online word-of-mouth research leader, and negotiated its 2006 acquisition of Intelliseek. Itzhak served as chairman of the combined entity, BuzzMetrics,which was subsequently acquired by Nielsen in 2007 at a $110 million valuation. Following the acquisition, Itzhak served as the Chairman of Nielsen BuzzMetrics, the Executive Vice President of Global Product Leadership and the Executive Chairman of Nielsen's Online division. Previously Itzhak founded and served as president and CEO of RSL Communications (NASDAQ: RSLC), a telecommunications firm with operations in 22 countries across four continents with more than $1.5 billion in revenues. Under Itzhak's leadership, in 1997 the business acquired a majority stake in internet protocol telephony, Delta Three Inc. for $10 million, which was separately publicly listed three years later with an initial public offering over $300 million. Itzhak also led RSL's $33 million investment in Telegate (a German international directory assistance firm) and sold the interest approximately 2 years later for €300 million. In 1997, Itzhak led RSL Telecommunications' listing on the NASDAQ at a valuation of over $1 billion. Itzhak holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from New York Institute of Technology and has pursued advance studies in computer science at New York University.He serves as Executive Vice President of The Nielsen Company with responsibility for guiding the strategy, development and delivery of all Nielsen product solutions to the global marketplace. Prior to this role, Itzhak served as Executive Chairman of Nielsen's Online division. Mr. Satya Patel is a Co-Founder of Homebrew and serves as General Partner at Homebrew. He also serves as Board Member at the Skimm. He serves as the Chairman at Clementine Labs. He also serves as Advisor at Gogobot and ProsperWorks. Prior to Homebrew, he served as Director of Product Management at Twitter. He joined Twitter from Battery Ventures in early 2011. Mr. Patel joined Battery in 2007 and focused on the software, consumer internet and digital media markets. He served on the boards of BlueKai, Freewheel Media, and Lotame and is a board observer for Angie's List, Bazaarvoice, and Adisn. His prior experience spans more than a decade in online media and software, both in operating and investing roles. Before joining Battery, he spent several years at Google, most recently as Senior Product Manager for AdSense. Beginning in 2003, he helped to build the AdSense business through various partner development and product management activities. Before Google, Mr. Patel was a Senior Product Manager at DoubleClick, leading the company's efforts in the search marketing business. Mr. Patel also worked on various product and operational initiatives for the DART adserving platform, including with both publishers and advertisers/agencies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Patel was a Senior Associate at Impact Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm based in New York, where he focused on investments in the Internet software, services and media markets. Representative investments include OpenTable and MessageOne. Mr. Patel began his venture capital career at Geocapital Partners, a trans-Atlantic technology venture capital firm. Representative investments from Geocapital include Homestore, StepStone, and Geneva Technology. He also worked for Monitor Company, the strategy consulting firm, as a strategy consultant in its New York and Tel Aviv offices. Mr. Patel is the co-inventor of 14 pending patents related to online advertising. He also serves on the board of Spredfast and KIPP Bay Area Schools. Mr. Patel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and a BA in Psychology from the College of Arts & Sciences. Mr. Abrar Ahmad serves as Partner TravelCapitalist ventures, the first travel focused private equity and venture capital firm. Since 2010, he’s lead investments in 6 countries in 5 person travel startups to 300 person $100M a year travel companies. He also leads the firms co-investor relationships with leading sovereign wealth and global PE funds and sits on the Board of the NDC Innovation Fund; a historic partnership with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Dev began his professional career at large and growth-stage telecom companies developing advanced broadband services for large enterprise customers. Dev is an investor and a member of the board of directors of AppDynamics, athenahealth (Nasdaq: ATHN), Bazaarvoice (Nasdaq: BV), Datadog, and Signpost. Dev received a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Rutgers University, was awarded the Medal of Excellence, and was recognized by the School of Engineering as its 2010 Alumnus of the Year.

Mr. Rajeev Madhavan is a Co-Founder of and serves as the Chairman at Robin Systems. He is a Co-Founder of and serves as General Partner at Clear Ventures. He focuses on early stage technology investments. Rajeev's operational specialties are recruiting, software-oriented technology, product definition, sales acceleration, and scaling. He has been a venture investor in over 35 companies. Prior to founding Clear in 2014, Rajeev founded three successful startups. The most recent, Magma Design Automation, became the 4th largest Electronic Design Automation company in the world under his leadership. Rajeev served as Magma's Chairman and CEO from when he co-founded the company in 1997 through its acquisition by Synopsys in February 2012 for $580 million. Magma was listed on Nasdaq in 2001 and was ranked as the 2nd fastest growing Technology Company in 2005 by Forbes. Magma provided core infrastructure software to mobile pioneers such as Apple, Qualcomm, and Samsung, which was used to design the core processors at the heart of the smartphone era. Prior to founding Magma, Rajeev co-founded and served as President and CEO of Ambit Design Systems, which was acquired by Cadence in 1998 for $280 million. Rajeev also co-founded and served as Director of Engineering of LogicVision, Inc (IPO under LGVN, then acquired by Mentor). Rajeev is a recipient of the Red Herring Top Innovator award, the lifetime achievement award at NITK, India and various other awards. Rajeev earned a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication from KREC, Surathkal, India, and an M.S.E.E from Queen's University, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Russell Hirsch is a Co-Founder and serves as a Partner & Managing Director at Prospect Venture Partners. Russell co-founded Prospect Venture Partners II and III, as dedicated life science funds with over $1 billion in capital under management. Prior to establishing Prospect Venture Partners II and III, Russell was a member of the Health Care Technology Group at Mayfield. He joined Mayfield in 1992, served as a Venture Partner from 1993 to 1994 and as a General Partner from 1995-2000. Russell played a key role in Mayfield's investment activities in the biotechnology and medical device sectors. Prior to Mayfield, Russell was at the University of California San Francisco from 1984-1992 where he was engaged in biomedical research. His descriptions of the reverse transcription and packaging functions of polymerase gene products merited publication in Nature. Mr. Alexander Rosen serves as a Managing Director at IDG Ventures USA. He has been an investor and “consigliere” to early-stage technology entrepreneurs for over 20 years. In particular, he’s passionate about companies at the intersection of consumer and enterprise technologies. Prior to WageWorks, he was at Elance, the world's largest marketplace of contractors.Sean holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in marketing, finance and International business from the University of Wisconsin. In addition to serving on the Satmetrix board, he is co-President and co-founder of the HBS Alumni Angels, the largest university-affiliated angel group in the world.

Mr. Ryan McIntyre serves as Co-Founder & Managing Director at Foundry Group. He was a Board Member at ThreatWave. He also serves as Board Member at Roli. He started his career in venture capital at Mobius Venture Capital in January 2000. While at Mobius Venture Capital, Ryan led the firm's investments in Postini (acq. GOOG) and Sling Media (acq. DISH). Prior to joining Mobius Venture Capital, Ryan co-founded Excite in 1993, which went public in 1996 and later became Excite@Home following the $6.7 billion merger of Excite and @Home in 1999. At the time this acquisition was the largest internet transaction to date and created a company that achieved peak revenues of $616 million in 2000. There Ryan held the role of Principal Engineer and was a key technological contributor to the company's search engine and content management systems and also led the design and implementation of Excite's community and commerce platforms. Prior to Excite, Ryan was a member of the technical staff for the Hewlett Packard Division at Oracle Corporation, where he worked on several releases of the Oracle Office platform. Before joining Oracle, Ryan was a software engineer at Canon Research of America, where he focused on the development of optical character recognition algorithms. He serves on Board on Two Bit. Mr. Pierre Lamond serves as Partner at Eclipse Ventures. He also serves as Investor at Eclipse Ventures. Pierre Lamond is a pioneer of the semiconductor industry. He started his career in 1957 as an engineer at Transitron Electronics before joining Dr. Gordon E. Moore's R&D team at Fairchild Semiconductor. While at Fairchild, Pierre oversaw the development of advanced high-frequency transistors and the first generation of digital integrated circuits. Pierre left Fairchild in 1967 to cofound the National Semiconductor Corporation (NSM), where he was vice president and general manager, Integrated Circuits. Following CEO roles at Coherent Radiation and Advent, Pierre returned to National Semiconductor in 1977 to assume the role of chief technology officer and VP, general manager of Advanced Products. In 1981, Pierre joined Sequoia Capital as a general partner, where he played a pivotal role in the expansion of the semiconductor, systems, and software portfolios. While at Sequoia, Pierre was chairman of the board at Cypress Semiconductor (CY), Microchip Semiconductor, Vitesse Semiconductor, Open-Silicon Inc., Redback Networks, Verisity, and Plumtree. He was also a director at Mellanox Technologies and Xoom. Pierre ran, on a temporary basis, engineering departments at Cisco Systems (CSCO) and C-Cube. Pierre spent three years as a general partner at Khosla Ventures serving on the boards of Skybox Imaging (Google), Cogenra, SEEO, Avogy, SeaMicro (AMD) and HeartVista. Mr. John Legere serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at T-Mobile. He has served as a director of our Company since April 30, 2013 and is a member of the Executive Committee of our Board of Directors. Mr. Legere joined T-Mobile USA in September 2012 as President and Chief Executive Officer and became our President and Chief Executive Officer on April 30, 2013 upon the consummation of the Business Combination. Mr. Legere has over 34 years' experience in the U.S. and global telecommunications and technology industries. Prior to joining T-Mobile USA, Mr. Legere served as Chief Executive Officer of Global Crossing Limited, a telecommunications company, from October 2001 to October 2011. Before joining Global Crossing, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Global Crossing; as president of Dell Computer Corporation's operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; as president Asia-Pacific for Dell; as president of AT&T Asia Pacific; as head of AT&T's outsourcing program and as head of AT&T global strategy and business development. Mr. Legere serves on the CTIA Board of Directors. Mr. Legere received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Science degree as an Alfred P. Mr. Trevor Kienzle is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Correlation Ventures. He helps lead the firm, manages its Bay Area office and leads its information technology, consumer and business services investment practices. Trevor began his venture capital career in 1997. Prior to Correlation, Trevor was a Managing Director of Newbury Ventures, a technology-focused venture capital fund headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. There, he led investments in the technology sector, including in such companies as MetaLINCS (acquired by Seagate) and Onaro (acquired by NetApp). In 1991, he co-founded AT&T Ventures where he led investments in BBN Planet (Verizon), Classic Sports Network (now ESPN Classic), Multex (IPO in 1999), Redgate Communications (AOL), and Spectrum HoloByte (Microprose/Hasbro). In 1995, Alessandro became a partner at Invesco Private Capital. Before working as a venture capitalist, Alessandro spent several years developing compilers in Fortran, co-founded the AT&T-backed graphics supercomputing business Pixel Machines, and worked as director of Strategic Partnerships for AT&T Computer Systems. Alessandro received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1985. He received an MS and BS in Computer Science from Columbia University in 1982 and 1979, respectively.

Mr. Ashmeet Sidana serves as Founder, Managing Partner & Chief Engineer at Engineering Capital. He served as a General Partner at Foundation Capital. He is a seasoned executive who came to Foundation Capital with a combination of 15 years of experience ranging from startups to establishing companies. His experience spans engineering, sales, marketing and product management. Most recently, he was at VMware where as Dir. of Product Management he was responsible for multiple products including Virtual SMP, P2V and their flagship product, ESX Server. At VMware, he helped grow ESX Server from early pilots to widespread worldwide deployment in mission critical systems by Fortune 500 companies. Prior to VMware, Mr. Sidana was CEO of Sidana Systems, a successful enterprise-software company that pioneered Docsan for publishing very-large (terabyte) documents. He bootstrapped Sidana Systems from inception through growth and to its acquisition by Doclinx. He served as the Board Member at Simply Hired. He is presently a board member at FreeWheel Media. He began his professional career at Hewlett-Packard and later Silicon Graphics, holding various technology roles.

Mr. Gary Lauder is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Director at Lauder Partners. He has been a venture capitalist since 1985, investing in over 80 private companies. He is also Chairman of ActiveVideo Networks. Other directorships: OnLive, net2tv, Promptu, MediaFriends and ShotSpotter. Investments are primarily in television/IPTV technology and WWW arenas. In the 1980's, he worked at the venture firms of Aetna, Jacobs & Ramo Technology Ventures, as well as Wolfensohn Associates. He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania; a BS in Economics from the Wharton School; and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is the co-creator of the Aspen Institute's Socrates Society with Laura, his wife. He is a member of the inaugural class of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship Program. He has had a working cable modem (usually) in his home since 1994. He is co-inventor of 12 patents, has spoken at over 100 industry forums, and, since 1992, has published several articles about the future of the cable industry...that he still stands by.

Dr. Sandeep Bhadra serves as a Partner at Vertex Ventures US. He joined Vertex in 2017 and focuses primarily on cloud infrastructure, data-driven business applications and cybersecurity. At 21, as a freshly minted electrical engineer, he helped set up and operate India's first WiFi hotspot and felt how transformative technology could be for business users, how hard infrastructure was to operate at scale and how demanding business buyers could be. Most recently, he was a Principal at Menlo Ventures where he focused on investments in infrastructure and data/machine-learning driven applications-my investments there include Platform9, Signifyd, Unravel Data and Clarifai. Prior to that, he was with Cisco's Corporate Development team learning how a market leader uses inorganic strategies to grow and transform itself. While there he worked on Cisco's investments in MapR, Platfora, Moogsoft and acquisitions of Metacloud, tail-f and Memoir Systems. He holds both a B.Tech from IIT Madras and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Mr. Gordon Daugherty serves as a Managing Director at Capital Factory. He spent eight years in the videoconferencing industry, including four years as President of an Israeli-based company that grew from $5M to $36M in a short few years and went public on the Euronext stock market. He has served in an executive capacity over most company functions, but with emphasis on marketing, sales, business development and M&A. He ran corporate development and strategy for Austin-based NetQoS, who grew rapidly to more than $55M in revenue before being acquired by CA Technologies for $200M and was a founding advisor for digital advertising pioneer MediaMind, who reached $65M in revenue and a NASDAQ IPO in 2010 at a $192M valuation. Through his advisory practice, Shockwave Innovations, and as Managing Director for Austin's Capital Factory startup accelerator, Gordon is an active angel investor, VC and startup advisor. He is currently a board member for Austin-based technology companies SwimTopia, Riskpulse and Chiron Health. He received his Computer Science degree from Baylor University.

Mr. Clint Chao is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Moment Ventures. He is also a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Formative Ventures. He invests in emerging technologies start-ups in areas such as communications, wireless, and next-generation Internet solutions. He brings years of start-up operating experience including marketing, sales and business development to Formative Ventures. Prior to co-founding Formative Ventures, he served as vice president of marketing, sales, and business development at SkyStream Networks (acquired by Tandberg TV). Under his leadership, SkyStream formed partnerships with industry leaders such as AOL Time Warner, HP, Microsoft, RealNetworks, Lucent Technologies, Mitsubishi, and Philips. He served as a Board Member at SOASTA. He has also served as senior director of marketing at C-Cube Microsystems and held numerous sales and sales management positions at Motorola Semiconductor. He earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Herman Verrelst serves as General Manager - Clinical Applications Division at Agilent Technologies. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Cartagenia. He also serves as Board Member at icoMetrix. Herman Verrelst is an experienced entrepreneur and business manager, with a specific background in the set up and management of high-tech companies and university spin-offs. In the past, he has been CEO, director and business unit manager in a number of software/bioinformatics based ventures, in the areas of gene expression based cancer biomarkers, medical imaging and pre-operative planning software and financial crime and compliance solutions. He received a master’s degree in engineering from the K.U.Leuven in 1996 and spent 4 years as a researcher and project coordinator at the same university focusing on artificial intelligence and various applications of advanced data analytics. He served as Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Data4S. He served as the CEO of Medicim. He graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Kevin Colleran serves as Managing Partner and is the Co-Founder of Slow Ventures. He also serves as an Advisor at General Catalyst Partners. He serves as a board member at Chatous and SocialRadar. Mr. Colleran was one of the first 10 Facebook employees and its first salesperson. Prior to Facebook, Colleran had been a lifelong entrepreneur winning many National Entrepreneur of the Year awards. Kevin's various internet companies included StartingPage.com, LiveService.com and PhotoMasterpieces. While in college in Boston, Colleran co-Founded BlabberForce Enterprises, a company that recruited student entrepreneurs on college campuses (called 'Blabbermouths') and gave them the tools to start their own grassroots marketing companies on their own campuses. After college, Colleran worked as a consultant with BMG Music in NY where he launched a music sponsorship company that focused on artists signed to the Arista and RCA record labels. Kevin received a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Babson College. He serves as Mentor at Rough Draft Ventures.

Mr. Clarke Miyasaki serves as General Partner at Kickstart Seed Fund. He is also a Board Member at Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification. He previously served as a Board Member at Dsco. He has a history of success in start-up and early-stage investment environments. Most recently, Clarke served as the Global Vice President of Business Development at Skullcandy, which went public in July 2011 (NASDAQ: SKUL). Clarke joined Skullcandy in early 2008 when there were 18 employees and keyed several initiatives that helped grow the company to over $230 million in revenue in 2011. Prior to Skullcandy, Clarke was the Vice President of Business Development at Logoworks, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard for $57 million in April 2007. Clarke joined on the ground floor of Logoworks and developed several strategic partnerships that spurred Logoworks rapid growth and positioned it for a successful sale to HP. Some of the partnerships included Staples, eBay, Network Solutions, HP, Legalzoom and Intuit. Clarke was at Logoworks from August 2004 - April 2008.
